Chris Karatselios is the principal of Templar Morgan Lawyers and an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Law, recognised by the Law Institute of Victoria. Over more than 35 years in practice, he has advised businesses of every size — from family enterprises to large corporates — across leasing, commercial transactions, business sales and franchising.
His approach is deliberately practical: understand the client's commercial position first, then apply the law to protect and advance it.
In his 35+ year career, Chris has acted for the Victorian State Government, BHP, Mazda, Coles & Target (before they were acquired by Wesfarmers) and Fosters Group (before it was acquired by Asahi Group Holdings).
